Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival you can get the apartments from about 14.00 o’clock.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms for cleaning by 10am.
Cancellation:
If the reservation is canceled, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation charge:
- prior to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation charge
- 3 to 1 month (s) before arrival 40% of the agreed total price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price has to be paid.
- 90% will be charged in the last week before arrival.
